Hi I am new to this forum and I am looking forward to getting to know everybody.I am doing the Atkins diet and this is the first discussion group that I have joined.I have lost 42 pounds and have close to 100 to get to my goal weight.I have been in the atkins world since the last week of Jan.this year.
