I normally avoid all the fast food junk. Ewww now I feel so icky for eating that stuff!


As for good fats and bad fats... Try going to http://www.westonaprice.org/know_your_fats/skinny.html

And reading a bit about it. I would say that good fats are natural fats that come from animals, nuts, seeds, fruits and veggies.

Bad fats are mechanically produced fats like margarine.
