My menu today:
* several cups of lc hot cocoa
* grilled chicken salad (carrots, black olives, cauliflower, spinach, salad greens, chicken)
* strawberry smoothie (5 strawberries, lc yogurt, carb countdown milk, handful of almonds and lc granola)
* 3 scrambled eggs, 1/2 cup of lc ice cream
Calories probably around 1100.
I do not wish to get more muscular up top. I think I look fine with my upper body. I work with my upper body 3 times a week. I used to do a lot of cardio but have recently taken a break from that. At any rate, I was hoping to get some tips here to reduce muscle mass but aside from Rice boi (thanks, Rice boi!), all I got was "you look fine" -- you do not need to change anything! LOL. But that's what I was expecting anyway. But maybe I can't go against genetics, you know? Just accept myself the way I am (easier said than done ).
