I too am going thru the yucks today. Not only have I been way off the wagon I feel very gross. I didn't pig out, pig out but what I ate was definately not the WOE. So I told my husband Monday that it was back to the WOL. Will have to go back to induction, but that is the price of major cheating. I know I can do it!
