Yum, spagetti squash! I haven't had that since I was young. I have been looking for it in the supermarkets -- I guess it's a seasonal item here in the mid-atlantic. I purchased Dana Carpender's 500 recipe book and there are several good sounding recipes for spagetti squash. She also has a super-easy method for cooking it in the microwave.
BTW, I love her technique for steaming veggies in the microwave. Most are done with just a T or two of water in 5 minutes. Of course now I read that most of the antioxidants are destroyed by microwaving veggies. I knew it was too good to be true...
