this is 2 weeks tomorrow for me and i am so proud of myself ... never cheated once and when i weight myself tonite i have lost 19 pounds... and i did keto test tonite and it was finally purple hehehe... i also started on L-carnitine last night and starting relacore tomorrow with my vitamins... i even made that low carb cheesecake and had one small strawberry on it last night for nite snack lol.... got to love this way of life, never want for food and lose weight too ....
