I can't really say anything that hasn't been said already. Tuna, eggs, chicken. Salad greens with the protein on top is usually lunch.
One of my favorite things to eat is broccoli and chicken with cheese on top. Chicken, peppers, a little onion, a dab of salsa, a dab of sour cream, and cheese.
