Hello all

I tried atkins nearly 2 years ago and lost a little weight, but we abandoned it when we went on holiday, and never got back to it.

I have since maintained the same weight, by doing various low calorie and even a high protien diet, but not been able to kick start again.

I am hoping this will be good for me and look forward to reaching my goal weight.
