What is more important to you? Having a bit of loose skin or being healthy and being able to do things with your kids and being arround for a long time for them. I have lost the weight extremely fast, and so I can tell you from experience that yes it might happen. But I would much rather have "Oprah arms" than be over 300 lbs again.
