A lot of us are concerned about this! But there seems to be little we can do about how our bodies will react to loss. I've often heard that losing slowly will help. In my case, I have been weight training and have some muscle definition in my arms, but that doesn't entirely help the web/batwing problem, since that stuff isn't muscle.
