My favorite easy-on-the-pocketbook food is eggs! I like them and eat dozens a week. I only eat the whites, since the yolks don't agree with me, but I fix them all the time, adding some sauted veggie or a little meat - yum! I also eat them hardboiled for a snack.

I still drink regular coffee, so no help from me there. I tried to give it up many times and I get headaches and always felt like I was in a fog.
