Caffine affects everyone differently. I can probably stand to drink it in moderation. Others, have to stay clear away from it. I do think you are on the right path with the half-caf idea.

as far as food menus...I'm a terrible cook. Not the one to ask on that one. But I always try to save a buck so I shop at discount stores and always buy on sale.
