According to Pam the moderator at the mastercook help site she said that mastercook low carb took many recipes from mastercook 7.0 to make mastercook low carb

Have you tried comparing the exact same recipes between the lowcarb cookbook and the mastercook 7.0 to see how they compare for nutrition information, etc. ?????
