Yes, you should eat 6 small meals a day if you can.
No you shouldn't stay on induction longer than the first 2 weeks. It's time to add good carbs into your diet slowly through veggies and whole foods. That could by why you are feeling this way. How many calories are you eating a day? That could be contribuiting to your lack of energy. Are you exercising? You aren't following the plan correctly if you aren't working out.
