8-10 a day?!? I think they say right on the bars not to be used as meal substitutes, don't they? There's a reason for that... all sugar alcohols will have gastrointestinal "side effects" (diarrhea! cramps!) in larger amounts than a "normal serving size" for most people and in any amount for those sensitive to them.
