Well I'm eating meat and cheese and vegies and am pretty sure I'm getting enough protein. I have been keeping carbs to around 20 per day. The thing with the muscle fatigue is it only started when I began this way of eating. So even though I carry alot of weight I was fine before. Also my knee joints are really hurting and I have lost around ten to fifteen pounds so they should have less stress on them. I drink about 70 ounces a day of water also. So I don't really understand why I am having these problems. It's very hard to exercise when you feel like this.
