15 obliques each side

Bench press (dumbells):
12 w/ 8lbs each
12 w/ 10 lbs each
10 w/ 12 lbs each

Military press (dumbells):
10 w/ 10 lbs
8 w/ 12 lbs
8 w/ 12 lbs
