I like the part about McDonalds right in hospitals! It's true, and to think anyone can sue a fast-food establisment for being fat is insane!

I think everyone who goes to a fast food establishment and is heavy should be told by the person behind the counter that they'll have to sign a waiver to eat their food, or fast food establishments should just make the judgement, if you're fat, they don't serve you, period. Enough already of people blaming everyone else for their problems, truly sad.
