determined3-- i want to participate in this Winsor pilates challenge. I was actually deciding to do it on my own to see if pilates really works. So i went on Google to see if tere were any documented results, and I stumbled on your forum! I started up my pilates regamin again after a year hiatus and anm determined to have those "long, lean muscles" by june 13th-- my friends wedding, where i will be singing in.
