Since I freak about the carbs, what I do for ketosis breath is constantly drink caffeine free peppermint tea. It's herbal, no carbs (unless I add Splenda) and it's liquid. I almost started chewing gum, but I couldn't because I'd rather have ketosis breath than possibly stop burning fat. That's just me!
