I usually average 140 to 160 oz of water through the week and about 100 oz on the weekends. At work I just keep a water bottle at my desk, it's harder to remember on the weekends, so I just make myself drink a glass of water every time I use the bathroom. :-)
By the way, (I feel silly asking this) how do I get a signature? I tried going to user controls, but I couldn't find an edit signature button. Can anyone help?
