It's getting addicting!!!! I didn't exercise yesterday and today I was achy!!! Gotta have it!!!!!!
I forgot to list on Sunday, I tried the Mari Winsor Pilates Basic Video. I think it's the basic 7 moves...........I could do 3 of them!! Better than I thought!! LOL!! One day.....................
