Alright nw - sign me up for this one. And congrats on hitting your goal for the last challenge.

Except I'm not weighing until May31st so I can't post my weight or weekly losses until then.
I have a vacation planned for the end of September..... a Mexican cruise...... so I need to stick to Atkins until then so I'm not mistaken for a whale in the water. It would suck to be harpooned!

Anyway...... my goals for the next 8 1/2 weeks....
1) Plan meals ahead.... always helps to keep me on plan
2) Keep fridge stocked with LC alternatives to high carb junk
3) Check in here daily and run here when feeling tempted
4) Bike or do some other form of exercise (Curves/treadmill) 5 days/week
5) Weigh myself on May 31st......
