Walked a mile - brisk pace.
Ran ALL OVER THE YARD for my dog.. WOW what a workout. I'd say at least a half a mile running through the field after him.
Walked at the mall for about 30-40 mins.
Plan to walk another mile before bedtime.
WOW - that's a lot of exercise for me for one day hehe.
