Monday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Tuesday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Wednesday: walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min./abs for 10 min.
Got the exercise all out of the way today by mid-afternoon.
