Post Pseudo Rice Pudding

This may be something that has already been posted or is really obvious, but it's working for me as a quickie breakfast (which is the hardest meal for me to eat consistently) or as a 'dessert'

Psuedo Rice Pudding

2/3 cup no-salt cottage cheese
Splenda, to taste (i use about 1/2 to 1 tsp)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla


I recently purchased frozen wild blueberries (a LOT like the Saskatoon berries from back home) - I defrost them (~1/4 cup) slightly in the microwave & toss on top.
