Want to pitch scale out window
Overhand, not underhand too.
Even though my ketostrips say I'm burning fat, the scale is not budging. I know people say not to go by the scale because you are probably just gaining muscle mass, but that would require me EXERCISING to gain muscle mass, would it not?
Should I assume that since the ketostrips say I'm burning fat I'm on the right track? Or are the strips just burning fat from my diet? I just began OWL and am taking in no more than 25 carbs a day.
Any advice would be mucho appreciated!
