to be honest sitting here not even sure how to work this question ?? lol...

ok there goes... what happens to all the extra skin u have when you lose like a 100lbs... i have that much to lose i feel would like to end up at weight i got married at 20 years ago 135, so means i need to lose 109 lbs... will i be all skin and not tight or will excercie take care for of that..

to be honest little scared of being slim and lots of extra skin hanging every where...
