Just FYI, Thin, if you type in "burrito" at fitday.com you can get a good idea of what's what. The burrito will be broken down on the right side with all the ingredients (or thereabouts) You can take a look at each one to eyeball the carbs / fat / protein etc. If you threw out the shell it doesnt look like you did any damage at all Just watch out for those beans, they're loaded with carbs.
