The car is totalled--Thank God, I am not I've never been through anything like this personally--and I'm surprised how defeated this makes me feel. It was my first almost new car---you ever feel like in your life you are taking one step forward, two steps back

Anyway, I'm still here and still fighting even if I have misplaced some of the old spunk

Oh yeah...exercise log....I did 2 laps around apartment complex. Beautiful scenery, but getting kinda boring.
