I'll give it a shot :)
I could use some exercise goals - I mean to do it every day, but there is always something that gets in the way.
Since I'm a newbie to all this physical activity (yuck) (LOL) - I'll go with some realistic goals and maybe beat them!
I say I'll walk 10 times this month, do cardio 10 times this month, and 10 times I will do my waist/tummy tightening exercises (which are very different than cardio, and are actually beginning to show result! )
Please send me whatever I need to have to do this with you
