Congratulations! You are doing quite well. I'm finding that counting calories helps with the weight loss too. I'm wondering if it's not so much the sugar alcohols themselves, but just not eating that stuff keeps the calories lower.
3.5 lbs per week is a very agressive goal. Good luck with it!
