I am hoping that someone out there may share in my situation. I am struggling with infertility and my new homeopathic doctor just did my saliva test etc. to discover that my adrenals are burned out and my cortisol through the roof. He suggested the Schwarzbein Principle and I have just finished studying it. Sounds great. I will begin tomorrow on May 1 - had to get all my ingredients together today, etc. I do not have any weight to lose but want to get to feeling better, having menstrual cycles, and (hopefully soon) a little one! Anyone else starting the program too?
