Blue4lemon: I know what you mean about the tobacco. My DH eats well and exercises like a fiend but is addicted to smokeless tobacco. I really fear that he's going to end up with oral cancer, but of course he won't quit until he's ready. MAN, I hate that stuff.

Itty: I don't know what VLDL is either.
