Well, I keep forgetting to post the exercising I've done.

Sunday: Ab thingy for 10 min./ walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min.
Monday: Ab thingy for 10 min./walked on treadmill for 30 min.

Tueday: Ab thingy for 10 min./walked on treadmill for 30 min./bike for 30 min.

Wednesday: Ab thingy for 10 min./bike for 30 min. (no treadmill today)
Thursday: Ab thingy for 10 min./walked on treadmill for 40 min.
Friday: Ab thingy for 10 min./walked on treadmill for 40 min./bike for 30 min.

I've found that my whole day goes better if I get my exercising out of the way early in the morning instead of waiting until after Alexandra's bedtime.

I was able to increase the time spent on the treadmill by an extra 10 minutes (still at 2.5 MPH) yesterday and today. I did notice that my right knee is protesting a little bit. Nothing as painful as when I first started walking again, though.

All in all, I'm pleased with adding some extra stuff this week besides the walking. I'm glad that I was able to increase to 40 min. on the 'Mill. I keep forgetting to wear the danged pedometer... I've only got step counts for two days this week; I have to remember to wear the thing!!! I paid 30$ for it and I hate to waste money.
