I've been a little bummed because I'm in a long stall -- needed a bit of a pick-me-up.

Well, I got back the results of blood work today when I went for my yearly physical. Check this out:

Cholesterol: 148 (normal: 100-200)
Triglycerides: 34 (normal: 50-150)
HDL: 64 (normal: 40-75)
LDL: 77 (normal: 0-130)
VLDL: 7 (normal: 10-31)
T Chol/HDL: 2.3 (normal: 3.2-5.0)

Doc was THRILLED with the results. Says my heart and lungs are REALLY strong and I should live to be 100 (not really one of my goals, but nice to hear all the same).
