New Kid on the Block
Hi everyone! I am doing a reformed Atkins for the second time. My first time I did it for a month and lost 20 pounds, went off, gained weight, and now I'm back. I have been doing this for about 8 days now. I have lost 9 pounds. I know it's probaly water weight. Still exciting though! I dont' really eat meat or poultry so it's hard to get my protein. I've been drinking the Atkins mix and a lot of salad and fruits. Do you think the fruit will cause me to gain? I haven't seen my ketosis sticks change yet..that's a little frustrating! I've been exercising for an hour everyday--4 miles! Does anyone know what my problem is??
