looks okay to me. the only thing i might say is to give us the menu also. some foods, while they are lc, may slow some people down. for comparison here are my numbers from yesterday. (keep in mind i am a turtle also)

also. some of us here are also watching our calories. i notice your weight is listed at 150. 1700 calories may be too high for you. i weigh 200 and at 1700 or so is where i loose.
