I buy the Greek yogurt (I get it at Trader Joe's). Its more like the texture of sour cream, and I drain the whey off the top of the container. I use DaVinci's syrup or Torani to flavor, and sometimes add ground flaxseed as well. The great thing about Greek Yogurt is it is much lower in carbs, about 2 for a half cup, and since its thicker, you feel like you are eating more.
