Everyone seems to agree that the yogurts marketed as "low carb" are ok...and only some of us agree on the "yogurt exeption" theory which says that the fermenting and bacteria kill most of the sugar, making yogurt low-carb anyway. For safety, just buy the "real" low carb yogurts, like Carb Countdown, Dannon.
