Thank you for this suggestion -- I actually have guar gum in my pantry! Wonder why Atkins didn't think of this beforehand and incorporate it into their product.

Will my bottle of syrup with guar gum keep in the pantry if I add the guar gum all at once? I don't want to have to add it every time I make an individual serving of pancakes.
