I have to keep my calories at a limit if I want to be losing weight or I else I am just maintaining. It sucks because I do get hungry a lot and want to eat over 2000 calories a day but when i do this I am not losing even though I work out a lot. Soooo, I would suggest low carb and cals at 10-12X your weight.
