Do what you wish my friend...I have planned cheat days...but you have to be ready for...
1) a few pound weight gain, that will NOT come off in 1 day
2) a slowing in your rate of loss for a period of time.
3) you "may" reawaken the cravings

What I usually do if I cheat is:
1) increase my exercise...call it guilt...it helps
2) move my diet closer to induction for about a week.

Also, before you do this ask yourself if you're the type of person that can hop right back on the diet...If so, maybe it's ok.

Anyway...feel free to check my journal for what I've done. Look in the beginning though and it will be easier to see. I've found so many friends here now that my later posts are separted by many friends posts (and I love them all).
