THis is so interesting to read how each of you copes with the "petulant" scales ( --Nat) Now, I have some new ammunition to fight those feelings of hopelessness when they come on! Like coquina and Yogabuff, I have digestive probs. when I'm not on this WOE...and I must confess that the 6 inches that I lost was a lot of that bloat! It feel great not to have that bloaty tummy sticking out!
