Sugar alcohol question
I have not had anything to do with the LC candy, bars etc. But my question was, when people talk about the sugar alcohols causing stalls is this because of the amount they are eating. I chew 2 or 3 pieces of gum a week. Should I assume this is too minor an amount to have any impact?
Any one got an answer? Thanks
