1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
2 fl oz /60 ml cream
1 tsp espresso coffee (powder dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water)
4 fl oz /125 ml water
Lots of ice cubes
Low-Carb Frappuccino
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
2 fl oz /60 ml cream
1 tsp Splenda (optional)
4 fl oz / 125 ml espresso coffee, or other strong coffee (made up and chilled)
Lots of ice cubes
I usually double the quantities, and put loads of ice in the blender - they end up rather like a McDOnald's thick shake
