Hi there !

I'm new to this forum, found it awhile ago but never really explored it. Hubby and I have been doing Atkins since may of last year......he's down 120 lbs and I'm down 45 lbs.

Seems to be lots of choices when it comes to low carb here in Texas. How are you doing?
