I don't count them and I've been known to eat 6-8 per day. I haven't stalled eating them, in fact I find that when I eat eggs I get more full on 3 than if I were to eat a plate of bacon. It's listed on the unlimited section, so I believe it. The best thing to do is eat as much as you like, then check your ketones later that day. That'll tell you. I love egg salad!
