eggs-to count or not to count
The Atkins books and website say .6 per egg. Dana Carpender's carb count book says .5 per egg. No one lists size! If you call the 800 number for Atkins or email them, they say NOT to count carbs at all for eggs. I eat about 4 eggs a day. Thoughts on this? Who here counts their eggs?
