What To Do
Hi I Have Been On Atkins For 6 Weeks, Lost 12 Pounds, But I Want Another 10 To Come Off. I Have Stalled For About 3 Weeks And Was Gonna Start To Excersie, My Main Problems Are My Stomach And Love Handles I Have Two Kids So I Think I Need To Tone Those Areas, What Should My Workouts Consist Of? Thanks For Your Help. Only 10 Pounds To Go!!!!
